ABOUT THE WORKOUTS
No gym? No problem.
Get leaner and stronger at home (or wherever you are) with minimal equipment.
All you need is a pair of dumbbells or kettlebells.
Other optional equipment: Jump rope, box, bike/rower
Workouts take only 20-30 minutes to complete.
Each week consists of a mix of strength training, HIIT, circuits, and core work.
CURRENT SAMPLE SCHEDULE
Monday: Circuit
Tuesday: Upper Body Strength + Core
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: Lower Body Strength + Core
Friday: Circuit & Core

FAQ'S
What are the workouts like?
The strength workouts will be in a format like 3 sets of 10 reps.
The circuits will be timed stations so you'll need your timer. Like 1:00 each exercise with a :15 rest in between.
There will also be workouts where you set a timer for 15 minutes and keep cycling through exercises.
Why text message?
We've seen better consistency and results with text message. It's more convenient and everyone reads their texts, which makes it more likely that you'll do the workout.
What if I don't know how to do an exercise?
There is an exercise library that we send out each week. You'll be able to find each exercise with a demo video.
What equipment do I need?
All you need is a pair of dumbbells!
There are opportunities to use other equipment like a bench, box, treadmill, bike, rower, barbell, or kettlebell if you have that.
If you don't, no problem.
Can I do these workouts at a gym?
Absolutely! You can do these workouts at home, a gym or anywhere.
